Requirements

• A genuine passion for helping others — experience (professional or personal) is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to safely transport clients for errands etc.
• Must be adaptable and proactive
• Good judgment and professionalism when working with clients, families, and teammates

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, dependable care to seniors and adults in their homes
• Assist with personal care & hygiene
• Prepare meals and support healthy routines
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Provide light housekeeping and help maintain a safe, clean home
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Offer medication reminders and document daily care notes
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Follow individualized Care Plans accurately and respectfully
