Executives, business owners, and busy professionals contact us to handle their household tasks, chores, and projects. We make our clients' life easier, allowing them to focus on their families, careers, and other activities they love. Job Summary: We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate Personal Assistant to support a busy business owner in Bellevue. Our client is juggling the demands of running a startup while preparing for an upcoming local move to Everett, and she’s looking for reliable, ongoing help at home. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a strong communicator who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment. Experience working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals is important, along with high emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for supporting others. Hours: 30 hours per week. Hours are flexible but the client prefers afternoons. Must be available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Compensation: $28 - $31 per hour, based on experience. Location: Bellevue and Everett. This is an on-site position, and candidates must live in the greater Seattle area. Start Date: ASAP.
