Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Managing personal and professional calendar for company CEO
  • Booking domestic travel, preparing agendas, and booking conference rooms
  • Arranging meetings, including sending calendar invites to other company execs/board members
  • Monitoring CEO's inbox and mailbox
  • Running errands such as car servicing, picking up lunch, shopping for the CEO, etc.
