About The Position
Three Folds Care Inc. is actively seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Direct Support Professionals, who will serve as Personal Assistants and Caregivers. This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, with a focus on providing essential support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities in the Montgomery, Enterprise, Prattville, Millbrook/Deatsville, and surrounding areas. Candidates should possess a passion for caregiving and be certified Medical Assistants or Nursing Assistants, although certification is not mandatory. The role requires individuals to have open availability to meet the varying needs of clients, which may include working weekends and day shifts. The ideal candidates will be compassionate, patient, and professional, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting emotionally fragile individuals in their daily activities. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care, daily living activities, and providing companionship. You will also be expected to maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. The position requires reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state ID, as you may need to travel to different locations to provide care. Additionally, candidates must be willing to undergo a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening to ensure the safety and integrity of the caregiving environment.
