About The Position

Our customer, Headquarters United States Space Force ( HQ USSF) Director of Staff Security Office (SF/DSZ) is responsible for carrying out and providing administration and management of the collateral security program, administration and management as SSO USSF Region 3 for cyber, personnel activities relating to the Sensitive Compartmented Personnel Security Program, Information Security, Industrial Security, Physical Security, and Special Access Program (SAP) security for United States Space Force (USSF) Field Command and the Space Staff. In addition, SF/DSZ enables USSF to meet all physical and environmental protection, personnel security, incident handling, information system security, COMSEC, and security training requirements to ensure information is protected and safeguarded in accordance with DoD instructions. ADV is the prime for this effort! We are seeking a Security Specialist (PERSEC) for this important initiative. Overall duties are but not limited to ensuring USSF compliance with SCI/SAP security requirements per DOD policies and preparing and processing visit requests for travelers to and from the organization via DISS and other systems and managing daily Special Access Program (SAP) operations.
