And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.    Our North America Supply Chain team, composed of 5 people, is integrated in the Global Business Unit (GBU) Peroxides Supply Chain Function and focuses on ensuring reliable, safe, and cost-effective delivery performance of our products in collaboration with Purchasing, Customer Service, Production, Finance, and Business Lines. As a Peroxides Supply Chain Engineer, you will work on daily operational management of transportation, logistics service providers, and fleet assets within the Peroxides GBU in North America. This role combines hands-on operational execution with a strong analytical mindset, enabling the early identification of trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. You will be accountable for:  

Requirements

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Logistics or Engineering.
  • Relevant work experience in Supply Chain or Distribution activities.
  • Strong supply chain knowledge and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate logistics partners, solve problems quickly, and work with SAP, TMS, CRM, and advanced Excel tools.
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams while supporting personnel development.
  • Organized and results‑driven, capable of managing multiple projects, negotiating contracts, and ensuring safe, cost‑effective product handling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily transportation operations, ensuring safe, efficient, on‑time deliveries and strong coordination with internal teams and logistics partners.
  • Manage logistics suppliers and contracts, driving performance, resolving issues, and supporting tenders, negotiations, and audits.
  • Oversee fleet operations, ensuring equipment reliability, optimizing utilization, and guiding fleet expansion or redeployment decisions.
  • Control logistics costs and KPIs, analyzing budget variances and identifying improvement and cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Drive process improvement, compliance, and training, supporting TMS/SAP accuracy, safety standards, and continuous operational enhancement.
