About the Role: A Permitting Agent is responsible for researching, preparing, reviewing, tracking, and maintaining current documents related to construction permits. This role supports internal and external project managers, land agents, field crews and their supervisors, and clients by ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and external policies and permit requirements, enabling the timely execution of construction projects. Additionally, the Permitting Agent will have responsibilities to include coordinating and establishing new site permits, modifying existing permits, and assisting with other permit types that may be necessary for permitting and construction needs, to include management of milestones to align all key stakeholders and sub-contracts to create alignment on execution of the rights granted in said permits. This position is on-site in Colorado. Salary Range: $90-110K, based on experience
