Position Overview: Design and provide fun age-appropriate curriculum that fosters the cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development of young children. Observe, assess, and document individual student development and learning, using this data to inform instructional planning and communicate progress to parents. Implement positive classroom management strategies and behavioral interventions alongside Desired Results Developmental Profile (DRDP) assessments to both nurture an engaging learning environment and monitor child progress for informed teaching practices.
Requirements
- 12+ Early Childhood Education units, qualifying for Associate-Level Teacher status or higher
- Experience with Desired Results Developmental Profile (DRDP) Assessment (Required)
- Minimun 6 month -1 year of experience working in a State or Federal Head Start program
- Must be able to successfully clear the TrustLine background process

- 6+ Infant / Toddler units (Preferred)
- Certification or Licensure as an Early Childhood Education Teacher
