About The Position

ION Solar is a rapidly expanding, full-service residential solar company with a strong nationwide presence. Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country. The HOA Technician contributes to Ion Solar by efficiently collecting neighbors' and homeowners' signatures, attending HOA meetings, and communicating clearly with the HOA team.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent driving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems
• Access to a working smartphone
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Customer service experience required
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a clean driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Nice To Haves

• Solar experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive to cities/neighborhoods within a 30-mile radius of the office.
• Retrieve signatures from homeowners & neighbors.
• Communicate with the HOA department & other techs on a daily basis.
• Maintain a personal email, and respond to all communication within 24 hours.
• Update and complete service appointments throughout the day
