We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Permit Coordinator to join our growing team! Requirements

  • Experience in permitting, construction admin, or related role (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with online portals and basic office software
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

  • Handle high volume permit applications for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects
  • Coordinate inspections with inspectors and failed inspections with homeowners
  • Process all permits accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Coordinate power drops and electrical service upgrades by working with utility companies, inspectors, contractors, and homeowners
  • Track approvals and inspections through city and county offices
  • Maintain accurate records of permits, fees, and inspection results
