The City of Deephaven is seeking an organized, energetic, multi-tasker who is ready to become an integral member of the City Hall team. Under the general supervision of the City Administrator, this position is responsible for the initial review of building permits, maintaining property files, tracking permits, licenses and inspection records and managing general city permit activity. This position also assists with clerical and general office support and is responsible for greeting residents and contractors, answering the phone, accepting utility bill payments and assisting with mailings and other general office support duties.
