About The Position

Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. Pay range: - Hourly $23.99 - $35.99 Overlake Hospital is seeking a Surgical Assistant for the Inpatient Surgery Department. The Surgery Assistant provides support services to the Surgery Department in the main operating room including the transportation of patients, routine ordering and stocking of identified supplies, assisting with room turn-over and related housekeeping, and assisting as directed with perioperative activities. 1.0 FTE (80 hours biweekly pay period) Monday-Friday / Break Shift Evenings

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Washington State NA-R license required.
• Healthcare provider CPR required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• After October 18, 2021 all Washington state healthcare employees, contractors and volunteers will be required to provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization as a condition of employment.
