About The Position

Dental One Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced Periodontist to support specialty care across our practices in the Baltimore area and DC Suburbs (MD side). This opportunity offers the ability to practice high-quality periodontal care in a patient-centered, professionally run environment with strong referral relationships. Full-Time providers will work across 2–3 locations to build a full schedule. Part-Time candidates will also be considered. Our practices are designed to support specialists with the infrastructure, teams, and referral networks needed to focus on patient care and long-term outcomes.

Requirements

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Certificate from an accredited USPERIO Residency Program
Active dental license in the state of practice

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive periodontal specialty care
Diagnose and treat periodontal disease and conditions affecting the supporting structures of teeth
Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures
Develop and present treatment plans based on clinical examinations and diagnostic findings
Educate patients on periodontal health, treatment options, and long-term maintenance
Collaborate closely with referring dentists and in-office clinical teams
Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and clinical excellence
Remain current with evolving technologies and standards of care through continuing education
