About The Position

The Perinatal Ultrasonographer is responsible for performing obstetrical ultrasound procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. This position works under limited supervision, independently performing ultrasonographic procedures. Procedures performed require independent judgement, initiative, and ingenuity. Requirements

  • Satisfactory completion of a DMS Program, or currently enrolled and passed OB Registry
  • Registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers within one month of hire
  • Current BLS Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Nuchal Transluscency (NT) certification through the NTQR (Nuchal Translucency Quality Review) preferred
  • Previous experience as a High Risk OB Ultrasonographer, or Nuchal Transluscency (NT) certification in lieu of experience
