In this role you will be able to: ~Perform clinical cardiopulmonary bypass management during cardiac surgery, use of cell saver, IABP knowledge, ECMO management for Adults, hypothermic re-warming cases, on patients adolescent through elderly. ~In addition to these duties, this position stands by for off pump cardiac procedures, TAVRs, laser lead removal, and perform duties for Angiovac cases. Requirements

• Current certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusionists.
• Bachelor’s degree and graduate of an accredited cardiopulmonary perfusion training program.
• Ability to obtain certification within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical cardiopulmonary bypass management during cardiac surgery.
• Use of cell saver.
• Knowledge of IABP.
• Manage ECMO for adults.
• Handle hypothermic re-warming cases.
• Stand by for off pump cardiac procedures.
• Assist with TAVRs and laser lead removal.
• Perform duties for Angiovac cases.
