The Department of Nurse Anesthesia, College of Health Professions, seeks an open-rank, 12-month-term faculty member. This appointment will include administrative responsibility as the inaugural Perfusion Program Director. The Perfusion Program Director will oversee the emergence and initial accreditation application for the proposed new Master of Science in Cardiovascular Perfusion degree program at VCU. The Department of Nurse Anesthesia in the College of Health Professions is excited to establish a new program centered around the education and training of cardiovascular perfusionists. The Perfusion Program Director will be instrumental in creating and developing this new program. The Perfusion Program Director will report to the Department Chair. The Perfusion Program Director should allow adequate time for administrative and teaching responsibilities in conjunction with their clinical assignment.
