This person will be responsible for the daily review of system generated loan reports to identify exceptions and resolve or escalate issues. Other Duties: Research and analyze borrower accounts based upon various Loan Servicing Processing queue tasks Manage time effectively, prioritize work appropriately and consistently meet deadlines. Reports gaps in policies, procedures, and operating controls to leadership to ensure member impact and risk is mitigated. Interprets and documents information from various sources within the company’s servicing system. Back up co-workers, work with various special projects or other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four or more years of experience in business and general office environment
