We’re seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join the Industry Solutions Performance Testing Engineering team. This dedicated group focuses on executing competitive performance testing and benchmarking MongoDB against its competitors. The team plays a critical role in generating and providing valuable data essential for improving MongoDB's product performance. We are seeking candidates with a strong technical background and good experience coding and building software. You will contribute by helping to design, code, run, and analyze performance tests on both MongoDB and competitor databases. You’ll dive deep into the internals of these databases to optimize workloads and interpret the collected data. Using your findings, you’ll write compelling reports for engineering and product teams globally, and even for C-level executives, which will influence product decisions about performance. Our team works closely with other engineering and product teams around the globe.
