Location: Woodland Hills, CA Job Description Performance Testing: * Design and execute performance tests to evaluate application performance under various load scenarios * Develop performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling * Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues * Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements Load Testing: * Conduct load tests to simulate real-world usage and assess application capacity * Analyze load test results to identify scalability limitations and optimize resource allocation Stress Testing: * Perform stress tests to determine the maximum capacity of the application and identify breaking points * Evaluate the application's behavior under extreme conditions to ensure resilience Performance Analysis: * Analyze performance metrics (e.g., response time, throughput, CPU utilization, memory usage) to identify performance trends and root causes of issues * Provide recommendations for performance optimization Tool Selection and Implementation: * Select and implement appropriate performance testing tools based on project requirements * Maintain and update performance testing environments Reporting: * Prepare detailed performance test reports, including findings, recommendations, and metrics * Communicate performance test results to stakeholders effectively
