About The Position

Are you a natural mentor who finds fulfillment in helping others reach their full potential? We’re looking to hire a Performance Success Coach in St. George, Utah. As a Performance Success Coach, you will be the bridge between a team member’s current performance and their ultimate professional success. You will execute tailored development programs, utilize advanced coaching techniques, and serve as a trusted guide to ensure every team member has the tools, knowledge, and mindset to flourish.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify root causes of performance dips and suggest data-driven adjustments to development plans. Goal-oriented with a passion for seeing tangible results in others' behavior and statistics.
Professionalism & Integrity: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold company policies with unwavering consistency. Proven experience in coaching, corporate training, or personnel development.

Nice To Haves

Empathy & Insight: An active listener who can read non-verbal cues and adjust communication styles to fit different learning needs.
Effective Educator: Clear, engaging, and patient. You understand that real growth takes time and intentional effort.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Google Workspace. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple individual programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Individual Development Execution: Review and implement custom development programs. Meet 1-on-1 with team members to walk them through specific growth steps
Active Performance Monitoring: Conduct follow-ups to provide real-time feedback and ensure training is being applied effectively.
Relationship Management: Build high-trust relationships with team members, ensuring they feel supported and excited about their growth journey rather than "evaluated."
