About The Position

The Performance Strategist, Paid Social at PureCars is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing automotive-related social marketing campaigns primarily on Facebook Ads. This role involves collaborating with client-facing Account Executives to ensure strategic ad optimization initiatives are met, while providing insights for campaign improvements. The strategist will utilize proprietary technology and scalable tools to drive revenue for automotive clients across the US and Canada.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in paid social campaign management
  • Experience with multiple media channels
  • Basic knowledge and experience in using Google Analytics
  • Detail oriented with the ability to use Excel or Google Sheets for pivot tables and vlookups

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools like Fluency and Kenshoo/Skai for scaled media management

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage paid social campaigns based on automotive dealership and marketing agency goals
  • Monitor and optimize for KPIs including CTR, CPA, CPC, and overall campaign spend
  • Utilize first party audiences to help drive dealer goals
  • Analyze ad performance and pacing reports to provide impactful optimization insights
  • Strategize with account facing teams on suitable ads for the client's budget
  • Participate in projects to evolve with best practices, test strategies, new processes, and tech upgrades
