About The Position

We are seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in Performance Reporting. The Service Professional will be responsible for supporting the Client Servicing departments of Performance Reporting, Asset Allocation, Portfolio Risk, Confirms, Prospectus, and Statements for the largest field of Financial Advisors in the industry. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate position at the P2 job level within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes. Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating What you'll do in the role: - Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team - Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements - Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output - Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution - The Service Professional will analyze, research, and reconcile issues across multiple platforms as well as helping to create combined summaries, selecting indices, and providing system navigation. -The individual will explain and present the dynamic investment tools and reports needed by the Financial Advisors.

Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests

Responsibilities
