The Performance Operations Manager is responsible for the operational execution, systems administration, and continuous delivery of the company’s performance management programs. This role ensures performance processes run seamlessly, timelines are met, systems function accurately, and insights drive leadership decision-making. It is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires leveraging AI and automation to drive efficiency, scale operations, and continuously improve how performance programs are delivered.
