Ensures SHP adherence to internal guidelines, industry standards, and applicable regulations. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of operational performance assessment programs, tracking and measuring quality results, and creating data collection processes to produce metrics used in the auditing and analysis of processes across SHP. Additionally, this role independently leads organizational performance validation, preparation and review activities, ensuring alignment with documented policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Validates operational compliance across departments and supports readiness for internal and external audits.

  • Ensures SHP adherence to internal guidelines, industry standards, and applicable regulations.

  • Creating data collection processes to produce metrics used in the auditing and analysis of processes across SHP.
  • Independently leads organizational performance validation, preparation and review activities, ensuring alignment with documented policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Validates operational compliance across departments and supports readiness for internal and external audits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or a related field required.
  • Three (3) years experience in independently leading organizational performance validation, audit preparation, and/or compliance review activities required.
  • Experience must include ensuring alignment with internal policies, procedures, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Strong reading comprehension - demonstrates the ability to understand and interpret complex written materials including regulatory guidelines and procedural manuals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - demonstrates the ability to convey information clearly, accurately, and effectively through both written and spoken mediums.
  • Strong organizational skills - demonstrates the ability to manage time, tasks, and resources efficiently to achieve goals and maintain productivity.
  • Critical thinking - Identifies complex problems. Involves key parties, gathers pertinent data and considers various options in decision making process. Develops, evaluates and implements effective solutions.
  • Attention to detail - demonstrates the ability to thoroughly and accurately complete tasks, ensuring that all aspects are considered, and nothing is overlooked.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in management principles, practices, policies, procedures, and regulations as they relate to government or quality regulations preferred.
  • Experience in the following preferred:
  • A leadership role with emphasis on health care administration and implementing efficiencies in a complex environment.
  • Continuous Improvement methodology (i.e., Lean Six Sigma, Quality Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management, Business Process Management, Scrum).
