The Performance Media Planner will play a crucial role in the oversight and performance of paid social and paid search advertising within our growing team at Collective Measures. This position is designed for an individual who is passionate about digital marketing and is eager to contribute to the development and execution of best-in-class advertising strategies. The Performance Media Planner will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Bing, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of media planning and execution, as well as the ability to analyze and report on campaign performance from start to finish. In this position, you will lead the day-to-day management of media campaigns, ensuring that they meet and exceed established goals. You will be involved in campaign planning, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as recommending testing strategies and optimizations to enhance performance. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you conduct campaign data analysis, generate reports, and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for summarizing and communicating the status of all campaigns, conducting keyword research, creating ad copy, and developing target audiences. The Performance Media Planner will also engage in industry research to stay updated on search and social trends, and may be tasked with writing points of view, blog posts, or case studies to share insights with the team and clients.
