Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance media.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with AI-powered media tools (e.g., performance forecasting, creative automation, predictive bidding).
  • Strong understanding of how search behaviors can influence media experience plans.
  • Familiarity with emerging generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and how they influence consumer discovery and search behavior.
  • Passion for emerging consumer behaviors and how they reshape the media landscape.
  • Experience leading and managing agency teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with SEO, eCommerce search, and retail media networks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with emerging platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, ChatGPT, and OpenAI.
  • Understanding of how non-traditional search behaviors influence media strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated efforts across SEM, social, and emerging AI platforms.
  • Use consumer insights from keyword and query data to inform creative, media, and brand strategies.
  • Stay ahead of trends and pilot new technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align behaviors with broader marketing efforts.
  • Drive campaign performance aligned with KPIs and business goals.
  • Translate search insights into content and audience strategies.
  • Work with analytics and agency teams to deliver actionable performance reports.
  • Act as the main point of contact with the media agency for planning, execution, and reporting.
