The Performance Video Editor is responsible for turning raw footage into high-performing, conversion-driven creative across paid social and short-form platforms. This is not a cinematic storytelling role. It is a growth-critical editing role where pacing, hooks, retention, and iteration matter more than polish for polish’s sake. You will edit UGC, talking heads, product demos, AI-generated content, and campaign creatives with one goal: drive measurable performance while maintaining brand integrity. We’re looking for someone who understands that editing is strategy, not just software.
