The Job: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, paid social, and retargeting efforts. This role will be integral in optimizing our conversion-focused digital marketing initiatives and ensuring efficiency in performance-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for the outdoor industry.
