About The Position

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be hands-on in planning, executing, and optimizing digital performance campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, CTV, and more. You’ll translate commercial goals into scalable paid media strategies that deliver efficient acquisition, strong ROI, and continuous growth. This is a highly analytical role where you’ll partner closely with our Senior Manager, Digital Performance and collaborate with agencies, creatives, and global stakeholders across Australia, the UK, and the US.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on paid digital marketing experience with measurable acquisition outcomes
  • Experience managing multichannel campaigns (paid search, social, programmatic, video)
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytics and attribution tools (GA4 ideal)
  • Experience collaborating across creative, media, and analytics teams
  • Commercial mindset, adaptability, and ownership in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexibly with global stakeholders across time zones

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, programmatic, video, and CTV
  • Maintain best in class execution standards, working closely with internal teams and agency partners
  • Monitor pacing, budgets, and performance to meet sales, CPA, and profitability targets
  • Support campaign launches, testing frameworks, and adoption of new media platforms
  • Evaluate channel performance and deliver actionable insights through weekly and monthly reporting
  • Use analytics platforms (preferably GA4) to inform optimization and strategic decisions
  • Work with internal creatives and external partners to brief and refine ad assets across social, display, video, and audio
  • Implement A/B testing of creatives and landing pages to drive stronger conversion rates
