Performance Marketing Specialist Contractor

Airtable
$60 - $75Remote

About The Position

Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. More than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, rely on Airtable to transform how work gets done. We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day execution across paid social channels. In this role, you’ll be stepping into an active campaign environment, and be expected to hit the ground running with minimal ramp time to help scale our high-growth performance engine. You will work closely with Airtable’s Performance Marketing team and cross-functional partners (lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, and product marketing) to ensure campaigns run efficiently and are fully tracked end-to-end. We’re looking for folks who know what good looks like but who are flexible, resourceful, and self-driven, and excited to join us on our acquisition motion.

Requirements

  • Experienced performance marketer, with expertise in paid social: You have 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience across multiple channels. You’ve built and managed campaigns in-platform yourself, not just overseen them.
  • B2B experience: You have experience working in sales-led and/or product-led organizations previously.
  • Detail-oriented and organized: You can manage multiple campaigns and workstreams without things falling through the cracks.
  • Strong communicator: You proactively share updates, flag issues early, and build strong relationships with immediate team and cross-functional partners.
  • Analytical and hypothesis-driven: You are comfortable navigating across a swath of metrics and extracting the “aha” insights. You approach optimizations with intention and follow through by tracking impact.
  • Builder-mindset: You leverage AI to unlock efficiencies in your work and thrive in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution and performance of paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn), including in-platform management of targeting, bidding, and creative trafficking
  • Execute structured experiments and clearly document learnings to drive continuous improvement in paid campaigns
  • Deliver operational excellence in the form of precise budget management and pacing
  • Regularly analyze performance campaign results and make ongoing recommendations for decisions across spend, targeting, bidding, creative, and landing pages.
  • Support paid video and other emerging channels (e.g., newsletters, TikTok) as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between media performance and content and creative, flagging what’s working and what needs improvement
