Performance Marketing Manager MassMedia is a women-owned, digital-first marketing, advertising, and PR agency headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, serving growth-oriented brands nationwide. For nearly 30 years, we’ve helped category-leading consumer, hospitality, healthcare, and regulated-industry brands scale through integrated strategy, creative excellence, and performance-driven marketing. Collaboration is core to how we work, and we expect our marketers to think like operators—grounded in data, focused on outcomes, and accountable to performance. We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead execution and optimization across both MassMedia’s internal marketing engine and select client campaigns. This role is responsible for driving the team to performance - translating strategy into action—owning channel performance, driving demand, and ensuring MassMedia and our clients show up with clarity, consistency, and impact across digital touchpoints. This is a hands-on role for a highly organized, execution-oriented marketer who thrives in variety, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is motivated by measurable growth. You will work closely with the CEO and CMO and partner across paid media, PR, social, and creative teams to drive performance. Compensation: Base salary range of $70,000 -$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
