Working within the Perricone MD brand business unit reporting into the Director, the Performance Manager will be responsible for the delivery of our acquisition and retention growth targets whilst also collaborating with Channel Directors to deliver our marketing strategy. Working with marketing channel directors and channel teams you will be responsible for driving spend and channel activation aligned to the campaign calendar to achieve key business results (ie. total customer acquisitions at target CAC). You will be responsible for coordinating our monthly approach across all channels, both paid and free, reporting on performance and learnings and continually adapting strategy based on results and desired business outcomes. You will own the creation and delivery of monthly marketing KPIs for Perricone MD whilst supporting the Channel Directors in delivering the overall annual marketing strategy. Liaise with Content, Social, Campaign, Events and Digital teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify marketing coverage.
