About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a demonstrated history of driving measurable and scalable growth through Direct Mail channels.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing successful marketing/PR campaigns that lead to measurable results.
  • Experience working with executives and senior leaders, advising on brand management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in consumer lending, financial services, or related industries is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic plans into effective Direct Mail creative campaigns that drive desired consumer behaviors and conversion outcomes.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of creative best practices in the Direct Mail channel, leveraging marketplace trends and performance insights to optimize content and create efficiency.
  • Own the end-to-end creative process—from brief creation and positioning to channel performance analysis, messaging strategy, and CTA development—with accountability for achieving channel KPIs.
  • Oversee production of campaign assets, ensuring all creative is production-ready and adheres to brand, production, and compliance standards.
  • Develop and refine engagement strategies that maximize performance within the Direct Mail marketing channel.
  • Drive research initiatives to inform creative strategy, identify new opportunities, and enhance performance marketing effectiveness.
