About The Position

The Performance Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., search engine marketing (SEM), display ads, social media advertising, email marketing, etc.). This role works closely with the performance marketing team to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion, ensuring that marketing campaigns meet performance targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics (search engine marketing, social media advertising, display ads, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for reporting and analysis

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (internship experience can be considered).
  • B2B2C experience
  • Healthcare revenue cycle experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, asset creation, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copy, visuals, and landing page content that align with campaign goals.
  • Assist in creating regular performance reports and dashboards, analyzing data to assess campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the team to optimize campaign targeting, bidding strategies, and creative to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze and identify trends in performance data to make data-driven recommendations for campaign adjustments and improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Creative, Content, and Sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and monitor spend across different channels to ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
  • Maintain and manage advertising platforms, including updating ads, keyword lists, targeting settings, and budgets.
  • Prepare and present weekly or monthly reports summarizing campaign performance and insights for stakeholders.
