About The Position

The Performance Manager partners with dealer groups using Foureyes Connect to ensure data confidence, activation success, and early performance impact. This role manages a larger portfolio of primarily early-lifecycle customers and focuses on translating Connect insights into clear, actionable guidance that supports operational improvement and consistent execution. Performance Managers work closely with marketing and operations stakeholders to reinforce reporting readiness, activation usage, and value realization. This role emphasizes consultative engagement, operational follow-through, and performance execution across a broad book of business.

Requirements

  • Experience working within or alongside automotive retail organizations, with working knowledge of dealership operations, lead workflows, and CRM processes.
  • Understanding of how marketing, sales, and operations teams interact at the dealership level.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and identify trends related to activation usage, engagement, and operational execution.
  • Comfortable using dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics to support recommendations and track progress.
  • Able to explain insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead structured, consultative conversations focused on execution, adoption, and near-term improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience summarizing performance and next steps clearly.
  • Comfortable receiving direction and feedback while operating independently day-to-day.
  • Familiarity with dealership CRMs, DMSs, and related sales and marketing technologies.
  • Able to partner effectively with technical teams to support activation setup and troubleshooting.
  • 5-7+ years in automotive retail, automotive SaaS, consulting, professional management, or operational leadership roles working directly with enterprise or multi-rooftop dealer groups.
  • 3+ years in roles that required leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, driving measurable outcomes, or managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a larger portfolio of dealer groups, primarily in early stages of the Connect lifecycle, ensuring consistent progress and foundational value delivery.
  • Guide customers through reporting readiness, activation setup, and early optimization to establish strong data confidence and adoption.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with marketing and operations stakeholders across assigned accounts.
  • Lead structured performance conversations focused on execution, adoption, and near-term performance improvement.
  • Reinforce operational best practices and activation usage through recurring check-ins and follow-up.
  • Support Sr. Performance Managers and Principals by contributing insights, performance summaries, and execution support for Focus Groups and EBRs (without owning them).
  • Own renewal strategy for your portfolio, ensuring retention through clear, data-backed storytelling and alignment to dealership goals.
  • Identify expansion opportunities – additional activations, increased scope, or cross-product alignment – based on demonstrated value and customer maturity.
  • Maintain a forward-looking view of upcoming renewals, performance risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Revenue teams to ensure customer needs, insights, and opportunities are represented internally.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve reporting, activations, and customer experience.
  • Elevate patterns or risks early to protect account performance and ensure continuity.
