About The Position
In this important role, the Performance Management Team (PMT) Coordinator for the Moorestown site will report directly to the Site Lead driving the organizational business rhythm. The PMT Coordinator will create, analyze and present Production Operations business performance metrics to site Production Operations leadership and Executive leaders, working closely with site leaders to drive business performance metrics and achieve established PMT objectives through Continuous Improvement and quality performance.
