As a Performance Improvement Specialist, you will ensure that quality care is being provided to the children and families that we serve. This will include file review, auditing, and electronic verification. This work is policy and procedure based with feedback back to case managers and leadership. This position conducts training on audit criteria and builds cooperative relationships with case teams. We are looking for someone who is a team player, eager to learn, detail oriented, organized, and is able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
