Responsible for leading quality and performance improvement initiatives that drive patient safety, reduce waste, improve process reliability, and optimize operational efficiency. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams across Memorial Health to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, facilitate change, and sustain measurable improvements in clinical and operational outcomes. The Performance Improvement Consultant II leads system-level or cross-departmental projects and serve as a mentor for entry level consultants, who focus on unit-level projects under supervision. This role works with a high degree of autonomy while receiving strategic oversight and coaching from Master Black Belts and Quality Leadership. This role works independently with minimal supervision. Handles moderately complex issues. Has departmental influence and cross-functional outcomes and may lead small project teams. This role is central to building a culture of continuous improvement by serving as a project leader, educator, and mentor, ensuring that initiatives align with Memorial Health’s mission and deliver measurable impact on patient care and operational excellence.
