About The Position

The Performance Improvement Analyst at Summerlin Hospital is responsible for assisting with the implementation of the Performance Improvement (PI) process across the hospital. This role focuses on enhancing patient care through systematic evaluation and improvement of hospital practices and processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards and fostering positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Three to five years of clinical experience.
• Experience in Case Management, Performance Improvement, or Quality Assurance preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Current RN License in the State of Nevada.
