The role of Performance Execution Manager requires a unique blend of skill, knowledge, and leadership to successfully deliver the company's objectives. As such, the individual must possess a level of expertise in sourcing agreements, teaming relationships, process improvement and other areas that support the organization's growth and resiliency goals. The core responsibilities of this role include process harmonization and driving organizational efficiency through process development, as well as, driving the development and execution of strategic proposal strategies that multiply the impact across all divisions. This includes long-term pricing schemes, collaborative agreements, intellectual property licensing, corporate partnerships, and memorandum of understanding (MOUs) across all Raytheon strategic business units. Moreover, it is also critical for this individual to be an effective leader who can mentor supply chain professionals while developing a talent pipeline. Beyond these primary tasks, this individual must also demonstrate a thorough market insight to identify potential partners with whom Raytheon may benefit from forming business collaborations. Furthermore, this individual should remain apprised on industry trends and regulations as well as possess strong negotiation skills to ensure successful agreement outcomes. Finally, this position demands excellent communication skills as collaboration with colleagues from different business units is essential for aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
