The Performance Excellence Partner is responsible for creating, implementing, and assessing company-wide solutions focused on succession planning to ensure the continuity and success of talent. This role identifies and manages tools to develop high potential employees while addressing any skill gaps or development opportunities to ensure the entire organization has the right people in the right roles. Additionally, the partner develops strategies to increase employee engagement to enhance the overall employee experience for retention.
