Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Performance Excellence Coordinator for our Operational Excellence department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Performance Excellence Coordinator, you will coordinate hospital quality & performance measure collection, work with each Clinical Service Line to develop and maintain OPPE & FPPE indicators, review incoming Medical Staff quality data, maintain meaningful OPPE scorecards, assist with FPPE plans, and collaborate with Medical Staff Leadership on quality initiatives.
