About The Position
The Performance and Engagement Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO) and Digital Transformation Leadership Team (DTLT) at LyondellBasell. This position is designed for an organized, analytical, and proactive individual eager to gain experience in IT leadership, business strategy, and digital transformation. The role combines strategic advisory, project coordination, and performance analysis to drive digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and foster innovation across the organization.
