About The Position
We are looking for a Performance Director who has experience delivering and developing training programmes that deliver change in the pharmaceutical and life science industry. You will sit within Nazaré, our leading Learning & Capability brand, where we create learning experiences that inspire an immediate and lasting change in performance. In this senior role, you will understand our clients' goals and work with them to build strategies that transform their capability. Due to the nature of this role, you will have experience in the Pharmaceutical or life science industry. We support hybrid work, however, we are looking for candidates in and around the Philadelphia area. You will report into the Global Managing Director.
