Reporting to the Manager of Research and Insights, the Performance Data Analyst is responsible for identifying, extracting, organizing, storing, modeling, analyzing, and reporting data to support Marketing initiatives, Customer Experience (CX) initiatives, and Divisional initiatives. The primary focus of this role is to create and frame business scenarios that are meaningful and impact critical issues, aiding in process improvement and decision-making. This position involves designing and maintaining an effective approach to uncover valuable insights from large, rich datasets sourced from both internal and external origins. Additionally, the role includes the development of quantitative metrics and analysis, ensuring that the latest industry best practice metrics are considered, along with metrics and measures important to the marketing unit, the customer experience unit, and their stakeholders. The Performance Data Analyst collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to select relevant sources of information. This position is eligible to work onsite, remote or hybrid (9 or more days a month on site) in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy.
