Flex is looking for a Performance Creative Producer to turn data-driven insights into high-performing creative across all paid channels. In this role, you’ll own the full performance creative pipeline—analyzing results, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with designers, agencies, and creators to continuously raise the bar. You’ll blend creative intuition with analytical rigor, ensuring every asset is both compliant and on brand while optimized for performance. This is a highly cross-functional, fast-paced role for someone who loves experimentation, thrives in structured processes, and is energized by uncovering the creative drivers behind growth. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters or 2 days per week in our San Francisco Hub.
