Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate experience in financial planning and analysis, or related function.
• BS/BA degree from an accredited university.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to travel occasionally (less than 20%).

Responsibilities

• Support with digitalization topics, projects, and ad hoc requests as needed to drive organizational performance.
• Prepare various standard and ad hoc financial reports, as well as KPIs to provide meaningful and accurate financial information.
• Complete month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings tasks.
• Ensure clean books and records, maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy.
• Support the PC reporting and controlling processes with data-driven insights and planning.
• Collaborate closely with Sales FIN and Solution Execution to support and drive performance within DI US LCB.
• Leverage Technology with Purpose by strategically using digital tools to enhance financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting to ensure the organization is equipped to solve real-world challenges.
• Maintain a growth mindset in own work, team, and cross-functionally in a dynamic business landscape.
• Complete ownership and self-starter.
