As a Performance Coach at EXOS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective programs and experiences that cater to the needs of our clients, both in person and digitally. Our ideal candidate is someone who embodies the skills, behaviors, and mindset necessary to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment. You will be responsible for managing your time effectively and leading tasks or projects to completion. Your role will require you to design experiences with the user in mind, deliver articulate communications, influence others to achieve results, and foster an inclusive environment. You should be motivated by teamwork and possess the adaptability to adjust to changing circumstances without losing focus. In this position, you will instruct, motivate, and assist clients in a safe and ethical manner to help them achieve their personal goals. You will conduct on-site assessments of clients' health using our proprietary evaluation protocols and update training plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintaining constant communication with clients is essential to ensure their goals are being met. You will also partner with employers to conduct various client engagement and educational activities, such as lunch & learns and information fairs, while presenting EXOS methodology through our education programs. Reporting metrics related to attendance, engagement, and outreach efforts will be part of your responsibilities, along with participating in program planning and development. Additionally, you will lead staff education sessions covering all aspects of EXOS methodology and perform all duties in a professional manner while adhering to company policies and maintaining your professional credentials through continuing education courses. Some travel may be required, and you may be assigned other duties as needed.
