About The Position
In this role, you will partner with banks and credit unions to deliver actionable performance analytics and automated reporting that drive operational efficiency and enhance member experience. You will translate complex business needs into scalable analytics solutions, enabling clients to make data-driven decisions with confidence. The role involves designing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks while collaborating with implementation and product teams to ensure high-quality delivery. You will also support pre-sales activities by defining requirements and contributing to solution proposals. This position offers an opportunity to impact client performance, optimize workflows, and advance analytics capabilities across multiple financial services organizations.
Requirements
- 5â7+ years of experience in banking, credit union, or fintech operations or analytics
- Strong expertise in operational KPIs, performance reporting, and analytics frameworks
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- SQL proficiency, workflow automation experience, cloud data platform exposure
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting solutions
- Support pre-sales initiatives by translating client requirements into actionable analytics proposals
- Assist in scoping and building SOWs for custom reporting and analytics projects
- Partner with implementation and product teams to develop and enhance analytics solutions
- Drive client adoption of analytics best practices, reporting standards, and process optimizations
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives
