Capital Delivery Services is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Performance Advisor to join our team! The Performance Advisor will play an important role in designing and leading a variety of programs that drive retention, encourage personal and professional growth, and enhance engagement to achieve business outcomes. This position will coordinate the annual performance review cycle and consult with employees and leaders to establish collaborative, meaningful performance goals and measures. This role will also design and implement initiatives that equip and empower leaders to set clear, meaningful performance goals and metrics aligned with organizational objectives, provide constructive feedback and coaching to support employee growth and development, and enable constructive performance conversations that build trust and enhance individual and team outcomes. Additionally, the Performance Advisor will partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop, implement, and evaluate programs and initiatives that align employee engagement with business objectives to drive organizational success.
